How do question allowances work?
Paid plans include a shared monthly company pool: Solo 900, Team 3,000, Business 6,000 and Corporate 12,000 questions. Each person can ask up to 30 questions a day while the company has allowance remaining. Enterprise allowances are agreed individually. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; company pools reset on the first of each calendar month at midnight UTC, with no rollover. Each submitted question or regeneration uses one question; the answer and automatic retries do not count separately. Failed answers return the allowance. Trials include 10 messages shared across the company for 24 hours.
Can people see every company document?
No. Collections and optional document-level restrictions determine access. Permissions are checked before retrieval and again when opening a source citation.
What if the answer isn’t in our knowledge base?
The assistant says it cannot find an authoritative answer. Unanswered questions and reported answers appear in the knowledge-gap dashboard so a Knowledge Manager can add approved guidance.
Can I update an existing document?
Yes. Upload a replacement version from the document menu. The earlier version is retained, while new answers use the current approved version.
Do you train a shared model on our documents?
We do not use your company content to train a shared model for our own purposes. Our Privacy notice and provider register explain AI processing, provider retention and international transfers.
Does the Windows app use a separate account?
No. It uses the same central API and company account as the web app. Credentials and persistent session tokens are protected using Windows secure storage.
Is there a permanently free plan?
No. Try the workspace for 24 hours from signup, with 10 AI messages shared across your company. The trial ends when the time or message allowance runs out. Monthly paid plans start at £29. Enterprise requirements use a tailored quotation.
